For each of the Deputy Chief Executive roles, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a two day selection process. This will comprise a behavioural assessment session with Veredus and a stakeholder discussion panel chaired by MENRVA; both on day one. The second day will involve an interview with the decision-making body for these appointments; South Ribble’s Appointment & Employment Panel. These sessions will take place on the following dates:

  • Regeneration and Growth role – 30th and 31st August
  • Resources and Shared Services Transformation – 6th and 7th September


For each of the Assistant Director roles, these are Chief Officer appointments. The final selection process will be as above but the decision-making body will be members of the Corporate Leadership Team.

Provisional dates are as follows:

  • Projects and Development – 10th to 11th September 2018
  • Property and Housing – 11th to 12th September 2018


The closing date for all roles is Friday 10th August 2018.
